Figuring out Calculations (help)
I am to eat 1400 calories a day. I've exercised 401 calories off today. That will leave me with 588 calories leftover. Does that give me a "cushion" to eat a little more or just stick to my meal plan and don't eat more than what I'm allowed (1400 calories without exercise). Does this make sense??? oops... I only have 620 calories left
for the day. Maybe I should just go back to bed! DH brought me a LF blueberry muffin from Dunkin Donuts this morning (I wasn't feeling well, so he was being sweet) I had that and a glass of 2% milk. Looks like soup or salad for lunch and a grilled porkchop and broccoli and salad for dinner. No snacks.

When you enter all of your food for the day, on the"home" tab...just under your daily summary there is a button you can click on that says Complete Today's entry If you do it says "If every day were like today... You'd weigh XXX.X lbs in 5 weeks. I wonder how accurate that is? What's your take on that?
