How accurate are BMI charts?
According to BMI standards I'm around a 17.6, but I feel healthy at this weight and I eat enough not to be hungry and I exercise. Need help! I want to gain muscle mass but loose some excess fat
So I started at 145 lbs a few months ago and was on a vegan diet. To gain some weight I ditched the vegan diet and added dairy and meat to my menu and instantly started gaining. Alright guys, I'm abit confused with protein I'm weight 140 pounds so I would need at least 140g of protein I guess but if I'm say eating 4000k surely I wouldn't need to need 30% protein that puts it's In high 200s grams of protein.. PHUL and extra glutes work
