My goal is to gain muscle not just weight in general. I'm having a hard time getting in all the calories I need,sadly. Does anyone have any tips on how to increase my caloric intake? Many small meals throughout the day, eat more for a certain meal, etc. Thanks guys

Tips how to gain weight
I used to weigh 155 when I started working out about 2 years ago.. Just a bunch of cardio.. Then I started to weight train, but I lost a lot of weight and am looking to build bigger hips and glutes. Any tips on foods I should be eating, or should I stop weight training? I don't do much cardio anymore.
