How should I complete my daily intake of calories
I am unable to complete my daily intake of calories as recommended. I am a pure vegetarian and I need to gain weight as fast as possible. I would be glad to know that how could gain weight and increase my daily intake of calories.

Eating calories or drinking ?

Most calories you've consumed in one sitting?
I did 1960 last night at In-N-Out Burger. 1 double-double, 1 cheeseburger, 2 fries. Was a nice break from the kitchen. That's like 3-4 meals worth of calories for me.
