Hi! What foods are high in Good Calories?
SO, I'm not getting enough calories in a day. I am getting very close or over on protein. and close enough on fats and carbs, but I am still 1000 cals off! Help what can I eat without stuffing sugars into my fat mouth! :wink:

I'm new to myfitnesspal and have dieted in the past with easy entrees found in local grocery stores. Today's my first day. I would just like to lose the 10 lbs I've gained in the last 6 months. I turn 40 in 2 weeks and have found that the older I get the harder it is to lose those couple of 'vanity' pounds. Somedays I can't fit exercise in while I am home but when I go to work I walk from one end of the building to the other and take the steps when I am going to 2nd floor. I do this all night. Can I count this as exercise?
