Hi I am pretty new. MFP tells me I've been doing this 10 days! I am really enjoying how easy it is to keep track of my calorie intake and therefore watch what I am eating, basically each time I put something in my mouth. I have an iPhone, so have found keeping it up-to-date easy and motivating. I think I have been an…

A quick tip.
IM GONNA TRY THIS OUT..JUST READ IT IN YAHOO CHECK IT OUT GUYS..(A 2009 study by Dutch researchers found that chewing each bite for 3 extra seconds could help you consume fewer calories overall. The reason? The extra chewing helps your brain register the food, and thus, helps you feel full quicker.. )

To add daily job related work to cardio
Hey, I'm a Kindergarten teacher as well as a gymnastics coach, which obviously means I move a lot through out my day. Do I add this as cardio? My old program had deskwork as an exercise and this one doesn't. Just wondering if anyone else adds their daily activities to their workouts?

I joined myfitnesspal last week. My friend from MS told me she was joining so I followed suit. I have been logging my calorie intake and exercise. Starting Again...
Hi There, I'm new to myfitnesspal, but not to the roller coaster of weight loss. I used to be 208lbs & I'm 5"1. I got down to 145, which I feel is the perfect weight for me. However I have blossomed into a 175 pound 'whole lotta woman' again. So here I go again, with trying to get fit, logging my foods & trying to jog down…
