still truggin along

While I've got hundreds of reasons to be healthy, I often times will focus more on losing weight than I do overall health...kinda counter productive sometimes. Do you get a night. I went to bed around 1 am last night and got up at 6:45 and I can't keep my eyes open. I can go to bed a hour earlier and it's the same.. So how many hours are you getting of sleep... I shouldn't be this tired all the time..
