Worried...
I haven't been to see a doctor in around 6 or 7 years, I have gone to the emergency room once in those years and that was due to me having pneumonia.I was forced to make an appointment because I've been having excessive mostly unexplained bruising all over my body with the worst of it on my legs with the biggest being…

Too many calories . . .
Boo. I did the math and found out that my weekend over-eating (a whole ***2000*** calories a day - a.k.a. not eating like I'm on a diet) completey screwed my daily average calorie intake for the week, excercise included. Guess I've got to be more hardcore from now on :grumble: .

Up until my friends wedding in October I was doing pretty great. I lost 20 pounds before the wedding which was my first mini goal. But since then I have yo-yo'd for a few weeks, in the end losing only 2.5 pounds since then since I have gained, lost, gained, lost. So I decided I need a new goal to shoot for, and a new plan.…

"yo-yo" no more club
 I ran 12 miles today, it was 25* w/ flurries, but all in all a nice run. It was followed by a brunch with members of my running group, and it ended up being kind of a bake-off! There were pumpkin-cranberry muffins, pumpkin-cranberry bread, gingerbread, zucchini bread and three different egg bakes. I ended up…

Good, but Eye-Opening Morning...Vent
Well, it actually all started last night... My husband walked into the kitchen and asked me if his jeans looked too tight-And yes, they did look painted on. I gave him a little smile and just nodded, and the smile on HIS face spread from ear to ear. It was then that I realized...He's wearing MY pants!!!!! :noway: I ended…

For a few weeks I stayed the same... then after a VERY fun camping trip I gained back 2 lbs, then lost 1 of those 2 lbs. I am working out, I am eating healthy, and I am STUCK. So I'm going to keep on chugging along. I was REALLY hoping to…

A little nudge Email... Thanks Mike
Well, I have to say that I haven't been on much. I'll come on and read, but haven't logged my food in months. I started to the other day, and didn't finish. Then today going through my emai I get an email from MFP giving me a little nudge and support to get back on there and track my food. That was kind of nice. Maybe…

I gained my weight back.
I'd only lost four pounds but I gained it back. I've been really sick and trying to get over a bad cold for the past few days so I haven't been able to exercise. But I didn't go over my calories, fat or carbs ever since I started. I don't know why my weight went so far up.
