Can someone explain?
I am new here and I try to stay within my calories that I am supposed to intake. As I have been reading other posts I have seen people talk about needing to eat the calories you lose from exercise. Maybe I am missing something here, but how does that work? Shouldn't I leave those alone? That way they help burn off the fat…

I weighed in this morning and I am up two pounds from last week. I was in my best friends wedding this weekend, gone from early Friday to 9pm Sunday. ok my son wanted pancakes this morning and I have been craving them for weeks. So I made a huge batch I freeze most of it for breakfast for him through the week.
