That I didn't want to put my weight in today? I lost 2 pounds since last check-in, but I have been at this weight before and I don't want to put it in because I don't want to be disappointed if next week I step on the scale and it's back up to what it was before. Is that messed up or what?

ideas for rewards???
So I think I need some good ideas to reward myself when I lose 5 more lbs, 10 lbs, then 15 lbs. Looking and feeling better just isn't gonna cut it!! Anyone have any good motivators? Such as buying a new outfit, etc? (Also rewards that DONT cost money would be great too:wink: ) Thanks!

I'm Back
So I've been on vacation for 3 weeks, visiting family in TN then to the beach :) I had a great time but didn't touch MFP. I've gained 3 lbs :ohwell: but now I am back and getting on track. On the plus side-I didn't binge the whole time! Cheationg for me typically leads to binging so I'm pretty pumped about that :happy:
