Roller Derby workout
Hi all, I have recently joined a roller derby team and am doing the freshmeat programme now, I'm in week 5. anyways, I noticed the roller derby workout DVD and got it and am currently doing the roller derby workout challenge. Running calorie burned calculator?
Does anyone have a link to a calculator for calories burned for running? MFP lists an 11 minute mile and a 10 minute mile, but I run a 10.5 minute one. Thanks! :wink:
