How safe is it? (strength training)
Is it safe to do strength training when you are still really sore from working that specific area a couple of days ago? I know you should generally wait at least a day in between for the muscles to heal, but I am STILL really sore, so should I wait or push through through the discomfort?

For those of you who have been using a HRM - are the (exercise - cardio) calories on MFP accurate for you, compared to your HRM? I'm on the smaller side, so I'm really interested in hearing from those who are focusing on toning vs. losing weight. Thanks for your help!

When adding a new exercise to my exercise list how am I
Supposed to know how many calories are burned after doing the new exercise. Its asks for a description, how many minutes, and how many calories are burned. If its a new exercise I obviously don't know how many calories are being used. Know what I mean? :) Any help or suggested resources would be appreciated. Thank you…

Tae Bo
I use to do a tae bo video (yep, VHS) when I was in high school--- I loved it! I'm pretty sure it was the very first one... I'm on the hunt for that same DVD but I don't think they make that one in DVD format and I don't have a VHS. Can anyone recommend a good Tae Bo DVD?

Exercise Calories
What do I do when I have a lot of exercise calories in a day? Today I did a 50 minute intensive spin class, and did C25K WK 4. I estimated about 900 calories. I have already eaten 970 calories and my net calories are at 8 right now. I don't really think I can eat another 700-800 calories today. Any suggestions?
