I feel nauseous....Help!
I feel nauseous, but I don't know why. I had to have fasting blood tests this morning, so I didn't get breakfast until 10 am. I waited an hour and did some aerobics, and now I feel like crap. Can anyone tell me what the deal is?

How do I work out calories burned from kilojoules?
I cant find this out, I have a Kettler cross trainer and when i was finished today it showed just over 600 kilojoules burned and in tiny letters beside it it has kilocalories (which i thought was calories/1000). ok so today we took pics and measured and weighed..........i am down 2.2lbs and 9 inches! Ok i was sad about the lbs but wayyy excited about the inches!! Will I be all flabby?!
I need to loose 100-120 lbs and I'm so scared of getting all that stretched out extra flabby skin from loosing so much weight! Am I doomed? Or is there a way to avoid that?? I'm not sure that I can be too happy and confident with myself after loosing all the weight if I have all the skin left over.
