Embarassing treadmill problem
I'd like to be able to run on the treadmill but I have an embarrassing problem. I guess my fat moves around and it's painful. Afterward it feels like someone has been slapping me on the tummy over and over. Does anyone have advise on how to solve this problem?

Elliptical users
I am wondering if anyone else has this problem. When I use my elliptical my toes start to tingle and my feet hurt and go numb. I do not know if it is my posture of if this happens to anyone else? Could it be my posture ? Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong.

Can't figure it out
I started using my HRM and for the first few days I was burning really good calories according to it but for the last two days I am working really hard and even increased my cardio to 40min on the elliptical and then run 1/2 mile on the track and it is less then before. Is there a reason for this?

I didn't care so much when I was only managing 20 minutes of yoga per day. But these days I'm up to 20-25 minutes of power yoga in the mornings and 30-40 minutes of yoga in the afternoon. Confused
My "target heart rate" to burn calories should be a MAX of 153...I am usually between 180-188. If I slow down any I feel like I am not even breaking a sweat. Any thoughts or am I calculating it wrong.
