Questions about Calorie Deficit and Exercise
Does it matter how big of a deficit I create with exercise if I have over 100 pounds to lose? I eat 1500 calories a day most days. I don't eat back my exercise calories, but I do take a high calorie day on Sunday where I go up to 2000 calories. According to my HRM, when I work out for an hour i burn almost 800 calories. I…

How do I know how many calories I burned??
The gym I go to has a circuit that I use. I am on a machine for 30 seconds then jog in place for 30 sec. I do this for about 25 minutes. If I know my heart rate during exercise, then how do I figure out how many calories I burned?? Is there an online calculator anyone knows about??

I honestly think I am addicted to the gym. I HAVE to go every day. Whether its a class, elliptical, treadmill or light weights. I only go for an hour. HRM Question
Has anyone ever worn their HRM for 24 hours to see how many calories were burned during a full day? Right now at work I am averaging 145 cals per hour, which includes office work, walking around the plant, etc... Seems like I am burning an awful lot more cals than I thought.
