HRM Accuracy
I have an inexpensive HRM that I bought at Wal-Mart. It does not have a chest strap. Is there any way to know if it is returning an accurate number of calories burned? It seems to return a number significantly higher than what MFP estimates when I enter my exercise.

How to balance your workouts
How much are woman suppose to lift lbs and do cardio a week? Is this enough to do the job and keep get toned? I usually do 3-5 days a week. Mostly 4 days Mon: 20-30 mins of Vinayssa Yoga and about an hour a lil over cardio (10 mins jump rope, 10 mins eliptical, and the rest on the tredmill incline, running, walking etc)…

Why would anyone ever want to jog anywhere at anytime?

Thinking of Purchasing a HRM
