not losing weight.... very frustrated
AAAGGGHHH...I am so frustrated... I have been eating well and exercising 4-5 days, 60-70 min.,burning 900-1000 calories each time... Today I did...
After being sick for a week, I was finally able to exercise today. I burnt 480 cal doing 50 minutes on the elliptical. I also burnt another 200cal walking to the grocery store and back to pick up fish for tomorrow. It feels so good to get those extra calories!!!
