I read an article that our body does not have thedigestive enzymes to breakdown fiber, therefore our body does not absorb the calories. Is this true? Also, how many calories per gram of fiber?

Strength Train or Cardio?
When pressed for time how do you decide what to do? I usually do cardio and weights 6 days a week, but lately my schedule is CRAZY. This morning I only had 45 minutes so I opted to focus on weights and strength training instead. Any ideas? I feel guilty if I don't do both.

Treadmill calories burned v. MFP calories burned
If the treadmill says I burned 98 calories, and MFP tells me I burned 192... which do I believe? I'm more apt to go with MFP since it factors in my "norm" lifestyle, weight, etc., but that's a big variance. Anyone with MFP experience that could offer any insight? Thx!

30 Minute Session vs (2) 15 Minute Sessions
Does a straight 30 minute session of cardio burn more calories than doing 2 15 minute sessions? Or is it equal in the amount of calories burnt? I ask because some nights I just don't have it in me to go a straight 30 minutes where as I can usually go 15 take a quick 2 - 5 minute break and then go another 15.
