Thoughts on calories burned
I went to a strength class today. It's a really hard class, so I wore my heart rate monitor. Most of the time I was between 60-75% of MHR (Karvonen Formula). It's an hour long class. elliptical training calories
Today I burned 260 calories in 20 minutes on my elliptical machine. I was thinking that is a lot. I am happy don't get me wrong, but is that accurate?
