Too much fat
I am always over on fat. And I mean over by a lot! Sometimes double what MFP says I should have, and I've even upped my % a little from the default. How in the world do you eat tasty meals with so little fat??

After redoing my numbers (TDEE/RMR/etc), It looks like i'm averaging TDEE -25%, but my usual range is between -20 and -30 TDEE. FitnessFrog TDEE (Little exercise) : 2343 FitnessFrog TDEE (Light exercise) : 2684 Too low? I'm basically hitting 1700 calories NET every day.
