So, after having a delicious healthy protein shake for breakfast I went out for lunch. After having steak, eggs, fries, bread and coffee, I have no more points for dinner. So, I guess I'll have to double up on my workout tonight in order to have dinner. :-P

Ways to stay full?
I just started and the main problem that I am having is staying full after lunch. I am used to eat tons of carbs so I am trying to cut back alot. Which type do you recommend? I ask because I tried the 80 calorie high fiber/low carb one's and there was a reason they were that low in calories. They tasted like card board! Are any of their other flavors better?

Lactose intolerant???
So how do you know if you are lactose intolerant? If I eat any dairy product I get extremely bloated(my midsection expands by 3or so inches:noway: ) and become gassy :blushing: . Does this mean that I should go to a doctor and get diagnosed? How do they figure it out?
