question i see alot about soy milk - so I bought some vanilla soy milk - it's pretty good. However I checked the nutrional value on Soy and on Skim they are very close What is the extra benefit of drinking soy milk vs skim milk - unless you have a lactose intolerence? Thanks

Low Carb Fruits - is there such a thing?
I need some help from all of you... I am trying to find some fruits that are low carb per serving. I am happy with eating only one serving, but most fruits seem to be SO HIGH considering what you get. An apple - 34 grams - good grief!!! Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!

how do i not go over daily sugar???
there are 2 things i usually eat for breakfast. 1. Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal 2. Maple and Brown Sugar mini wheats both of these squash my sugar allowance for the day. what else is high in fiber but doesn't have so much sugar? and is 30 per day rght for sugar? i go over that so easily!!!!!!
