I donate plasma twice a week and I was wondering how it might have an effect on my calorie count. The plasma itself is mostly water but it's also a good amount of proteins. Has anyone had anything similar to this? Does it just not count?

Sugar
I have trouble staying within my sugar every day. I am given 24 grams of sugar a day, but 1 cup of grapes has 25 grams! I don't understand how it's possible to eat your fruits and vegetables and stay under 24 grams of sugar.
