Please someone tell me!
What is 100grams equal to?? I thought it meant a cup! So all this time I have been eating a cup of ham! Then I look it up today and says its only about half a cup.. not even! Half a cup is 140 something grams!! Can someone put in perspective what 100g looks like! Is it roughly 3oz of meat??

too much protein???
I keep going over on my protein daily count. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of soy which is full of protein. I am wondering if going over on the protein and under on the calories will even things up a bit. Or is it ok to go over on the proteins as long as they are skinny proteins such as soy?

Recommended Daily Fiber?

I started working out more, a lot more and so now I need to eat more, esp. because im not trying to loose weight.
