I am a Respiratory Therapist and work 12 hours shifts 3 days a week and sometimes have an extra shift thrown in, but not very often. When do I need to stop eating for the day?
A lot of people have mentioned 6 pm, but I don't know when they go to bed. I sleep late, around midnight and cannot stay hungry for 6 hrs before sleep.. I am stuck
I stopped smoking on the 7th of this month....finally.... Thanks to MFP I have lost 20 lbs since I joined. Now I am stuck...I try not to go over on my calories and still exercise.
