I have a question on how often should I update my diet profile. I think the last time I updated it was like 20 lbs lost ago? If I do that does it change also how much calories I should have a day?

How bad is Coca Cola Zero
I Drink about 10 glasses of water a day at least, Ocassionally at supper I enjoy a Coca Cola Zero. breastfeeding?
how do you adjust your calorie total if you're breastfeeding? i'm currently breastfeeding my son. milk production burns approximately 500 calories per day, but w/ the calorie total i've been allotted on here, i wouldn't be eating enough to support that AND exercise.

I'm one of those people that weighs every day. I've got 3.5 lbs to go to meet my next goal of 135 by August 25th...I'm kind of obsessing over it. I'm considering not weighing again until the 25th and just intensely focusing on exercising and eating right. What would you do?

Ok so this may be tmi...but just wondering how everyone weighs in. I have been told you should be completely naked and stand on the scale, and then I have been told to add in the extra weight of clothes (so wear the clothes) because that's what you usualy have on.
