Why am I so lethargic?
I've been doing really well with my diet and exercise lately, and I've been sleeping fairly restfully for 7-8 hours a night. So WHY have I been so lethargic for the past few days? And what can I do to push through this? Any ideas?

I'm being sabatoged
not really but it feels like it lately. My boss, who is a wonderful lady, bought us ice cream sundaes yesterday. Today she took us to lunch and ordered for us, ribeyes, baked potatoes and rolls. I really appreciateit but would have rather ordered for myself.
