is it really that bad to go below 1200 calories per day? i want to do 1050 per day.........

I feel like people ask this all of the time but I can't seem to remember what the answer is.. when you exercise is it bad if you eat the exercise calories or does it not matter? I don't just to be safe but I was just curious!

Question on Eating Late?!?!
Today, I ate 3 small meals that were 200-300 calories a peice. I have 600 calories left according to MFP, after I ate dinner. I was always told, do not eat late and/or before you go to bed. In a situation with 600 calories left, should I just "forget" about the leftover calories or eat again later tonight?

frustrating
It's very frustrating when you really concentrate on a week and do everything you think is correct then come weigh-in day - you've lost 1/2lb. :( I know it's a loss still but come on - I busted my butt last week. Makes me wonder if this is all really worth it.

weird question
Lately, when I try to eat, I just throw up -- stress related. Two questions: 1. If I eat, and 5 minutes later I puke it back up, do the calories count ? Do I log it? 2. I'm going over all my days calories, because all I can keep down is juice when I try, or chicken broth. What do I do?

My Fouth Weighing
