Do I have to eat all my calories?
So I'm suppossed to eat 1590 calories each day, and today I didn't eat back 336 calories, which some of that was exercise calories. Is it okay to not eat those calories? I'm just not hungry, so I didn't know if I had to force the food down or if its okay to not eat them.

If I have a diet fizzy drink or a cup of tea (dont drink coffee as we prefer tea in England) do I put this as a glass of water?

Legs
I have a question. When doing exercises with my legs I have issues with keeping my legs straight. I put my legs in the air and they won't straighten out. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and how I can solve this problem?!?! Thank you in advance for ideas and suggestions.

A question on target Calorie intake
My Target Calorie intake is 1390. Does it matter what I eat as long as I am within the 1390? I know there are goals etc but I am still keeping under the maximum calorie intake. Example. If I ate 1390 calories of green leaves or 1390 calories of chocolate bars would I still lose weight on both of them? Thanks
