Winter Wonderland
My area is expecting a big snowfall starting this afternoon and going all day Saturday. We are being told that we will be snowed in for the weekend!!!! about the sugar!
I have my food chart set on the sugar in addition the basic things im counting, and today is the first day i wont go ever i think EVER. Does it matter that im getting the sugar from fruit if im going over?Or is it all the same?

first time going way over

Thirsty
Does anyone ever find them selves not Thirsty at all... Im talking about having to force yourself to have a glass of water just cause you know you haven't had anything to drink all day except maybe a cup of coffee in the morning.. Helpful tips
The biggest thing I have found that helps me is to cut out soda completely, wether it's diet or regular it is not good for your body. And make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. :smile:

Net calories by day or week that counts?
So I tend to undereat during the week when I am extra good and pack good for me foods in my lunch, don't go out, exercise lots, and don't drink. But then on the weekends I tend to cut loose and enjoy myself. Do my net calories for the week matter, or must I behave every day?

Late Exerciser and Eater
Hi all, I know that we are not suppose to eat late or atleast eat 2 hours before we go to bed.
