Does 1-2 kilos has a effect on physical apparance?
Does 1-2 kilos real gain has a effect on physical appearance? I'm currently 68kg with a weight range of 68-70 if im over with that range I'll go cut again off. I'm curious if that 2 kg range real gain gotta be see on my waistline. I'm ok at 69-70 weight it looks normal for me.

Is maintenance REALLY harder than losing weight?
Someone said to me that it was almost time for "the hard part" when I told them I was near my goal weight. But is it really harder? I don't plan on changing my exercise routine or foods that I eat, but I am definitely looking forward to eating 500-600 more calories per day!

maintenance question
I've been maintaining for 1 month,tracking on happy scale_the trend line has stayed within a 1 pound range_with daily fluctuations of 1-3 lbs which is really great :)_but my moving average weight has steadily gone up by .5_should I just keep going or lower my maintenance calories by 50 a day?

I've been eating under calorie goal this week. Not including my daily workouts. This weekend I have a wedding and j am assuming I'll go over my daily goal there. That said. Is it okay to go over goal one day when I've been below the other 6 days? Thanks
