Been on a plan for almost 3 weeks, have been taking my medication faithfully for about 6 weeks now. Feeling so much better, but am still tired. Sleep 9-10 hours per night but still am tired when I wake up. I hope this will start to improve. Any suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
