OK so I lost about 7 pounds in the past month (with the help of this site), but this past week I seemed to have lost my motivation, and I've been eating so much I gained back 2 of the pounds. I decided tomorrow I'm going to "restart" my new diet, but is there any way for me not to fall off the wagon? What do you guys do…
