Emotional Eating
I am not hungry, but just emotionally eating. How do I stop? I just want to eat and eat and eat. Eating makes me feel better. I have lost alot of weight even before coming into MFP and I don't want to gain it back. Help...need some support.

Fail!
:sad: Wow.. I have worked out twice a day, and stayed within my calorie amount for a week now. Well...forgot my packed lunch at home, was starving. WENT TO MCDONALDS. You dont EVEN wanna know what I got. Where do you people get your willpower? :blushing:

How to stay away from junk food?
When I first started my weight loss goals it was very easy to avoid junk food I/E candy, doughnuts, coffee, soda....etc Now it hard to stay away from them. Any suggestions on how to destroy the want?

Can someone explain?
I am new here and I try to stay within my calories that I am supposed to intake. As I have been reading other posts I have seen people talk about needing to eat the calories you lose from exercise. Maybe I am missing something here, but how does that work? Shouldn't I leave those alone? That way they help burn off the fat…
