Anyone else have trouble sleeping when they are under stress? My job has been pretty hectic lately and I haven’t been able to sleep any later than about 4:15 am all week, even on the weekend when I was off. And I keep having dreams about work where everything goes terribly wrong 🙃 Just wondering if anyone else has this…

Constant Lethargy
I suppose the answer to this is to just get up and go anyways, but I seem to have lost all my energy and enthusiasm for working out since the pandemic. I used to be able to just get up and go to the gym and knock out at least a decent workout no matter how I was feeling, easily decline/avoid unhealthy foods. I was active…

Exhausted From Doing It All
Hi guys, I'm a divorced mother of 5. I was married for nearly 20 years. It's been hard being a single mother of 5. Some days I'm lucky I have enough water, let alone put on my trainers and go for a…

Sleep aids that are not melatonin or ZMA?
I love my ZMA but I've read I should cycle off of it once in a while. I absolutely hate melatonin, it leaves me groggy. Does anyone recommend any other other over the counter sleep aids? I don't need anything strong, I just need to take the edge off since I usually exercise late at night.

Alternate coping strategies
I am in therapy for food dependency/childhood trauma. Right now I use food as a coping technique. Eat while you’re helping…
