Using mindfulness as a tool
I have just started using mindfulness as a tool to be aware of my overeating. I want to be mindful of my food intake and use a mindful "stop sign" to keep me from binge eating at night. That is when I struggle. Today is day one.

How many hours of sleep do yall get?
It's always been said that you should get 8 hours of sleep. Is that even humanly possible? Haha... I average about 6 hours a night and seem to be fine (although that's just my opinion and others may have different opinion of me lol). How many hours do yall get?

Sleep aids that are not melatonin or ZMA?
I love my ZMA but I've read I should cycle off of it once in a while. I absolutely hate melatonin, it leaves me groggy. Does anyone recommend any other other over the counter sleep aids? I don't need anything strong, I just need to take the edge off since I usually exercise late at night.

I am in therapy for food dependency/childhood trauma. Right now I use food as a coping technique. Only 4-5 Hours
I only get about 4 - 5 hours sleep than during the day I want to have a nap at about 3.00pm.

Being mentally exhausted
So many times, after a long day, we just don't have the energy or motivation to do anything. I found walking not only is a great form of exercise, but it helps mentally, the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Actually relaxes the mind and helps to refocus. What are your ways to calm yourself.
