I survived No Junk January!
I set a goal for January to not only not eat sugary junk food but to also not buy any during January and I did it despite having 5 kids and a husband with a sweet tooth. Just as a FYI I set this goal because I am a sugar binger and felt I was letting my sweet tooth get way out of control.

Phentermine 37.5
Has anybody taken Phentermine 37.5 and had good results? My friend got a prescription from her doctor and lost 40 pounds in 2 months and has kept it off over 6 months already. She says it gave her a lot of energy. Anybody else with good results?

Dry January Result
I know it's only been a month but MFP and Dry January has helped me lose 11lbs! I'm over the moon and motivated for a Dry February. 56lbs to go until goal (140), and I've given myself a year, I think that is doable. Already looking forward to those extra 500cals at maintenance!
