First off another small success story, I got all the way through the full 90 minute DVD! Yay for me! Then a question. This says I burned 1491 calories. Not that I wasn't sweating and panting the whole time, lol, but that seems high! How do I know for sure?

difference between treadmill and walking?
ok. if i go into the database under treadmill, it only takes into account your weight and how long you were on..not that pace. so lets say i do it for 60 min..i burned 538 calories. BUT if you put it under walking- at a 3.5 pace..which is the same pace i did on the treadmill...i only burned 200 and something calories.…

My First 5K!!!
I just got home from my first 5K race!! I am so excited I had to share :happy: I didn't get in as much training as I wanted since I got sick a week before my race but I had a good time for me! 34 minutes which I am proud of. I can't wait to do another one and beat my time!!
