Anyone do 30 day shred but not everyday?
I have the 30 day shred, but doing it everyday in my house is nearly impossible. I could do it Monday morn., Wed., Friday, and possibly over the weekend. Just wondering if anyone does it but not everyday and how is it working for you?

Does walking in "toning" shoes burn more calories?
I started walking in a pair of toning shoes 2 days ago, and I'm wiped after my normal 3 miles. I wondered if they burn more calories as well as activating different muscles. Does anyone know?

Popping Ears
Let me start by saying that I do not have a head cold. Lately, whenever I'm in the middle of an intense workout, my ears start popping and cracking. It gets really annoying, like to the point today that I gave up in the middle of the workout because of it. Anybody have a clue what could be causing it?

Muscles sore/tired

When you record in here the calories your HRM says you burnt in a workout, do you take away how many you would usually burn in the same amount of time by doing nothing, or do you just enter all of what it says?
