Caffeine before working out....
I drink a cup of coffee about 20 min before I work out. Gives me that extra something to keep going. My friend said that's not good cuz ur just working off the caffeine. But I figure if it keeps me on the bike longer, or running that extra lap, I'm at least sweating more than I would have without it. What do you guys do?

what is this classified as?
say I go out and scoop mule poop for 45 minutes to an hour in a half. which means I scoop the poop fill a wheelbarrow full, roll wheelbarrow to the back of my 2 acres and deposit in compost heap then wheel back repeating as nessicery (theres alot of poop!) what type of excersise is this considered? thanks
