How do I calculate clories burned with just my heart rate?
Is it possible to accurately calculate how many calories I burned just using my heart rate? Calories burned per week?
I"ve noticed that I'm burning a lot more calories per week than what MFP had my goal set at. It was set at 600 a week and so far I've been around 900 a week. Is that good/bad/indifferent? Where is everyone else at?

Disillusioned & Disappointed by my Yoga class...
I went to yoga class today, worked to what I thought was "pretty hard", and in the end, according to my heart rate monitor, only burned 250 calories in an hour class! I burned 270 this morning during a 25 minute run! I'm just down because with time tight, I really have to think about how much "bang for my buck" I get out…
