I have been finding quite a few mistakes on foods in the diary. Be careful when you are selecting a food already entered. Today I just found that one of the (many) cherry tomato entries has it as having 5 grams of fat!! How come nobody confirms nutritional information entered by another member?

Cooked or Uncooked?
When it says, for example: 1 - 6 oz. hamburger. Does that mean 6 oz. of cooked or uncooked meat? That always confuses me and we're having hamburgers for dinner and I'm not sure if I should measure it before or after cooking. Is there a simple way to tell what is 6 oz. if I don't have a scale? How to make Iced Green Tea?

tomorrow for breakfast I'm going to make a smoothe! I'm making it out of 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 cup OJ, and 2 cups Sliced Peaches......
