Acid in Tomato
Does anyone know how to reduce the acidity of tomatoes? I was given a bunch of tomatoes and I have ulcers so last night I woke up in agony. I LOVE tomatoes and I know that sugar can cut acidity, but there has to be another way? Thanks guys! I still have a bunch I need to use up :)

I just had lunch and I had baked salmon. I am not a fish eater but thought this would be a healthy meal. I logged it into my food diary and it shoot back I consumed over 600 calories for just that item. Is this wrong, do I need to look for another type of fish to eat?Please help:sad:
