So the weight is coming off slowly but surely, 11 down loads to go but better than another 11 on! My question is 11 pounds down but the inch's aren't really shifting? Will it happen eventually? Logic tells me it must!

Getting Rid of the "Mommy Pooch"
How in the heck do I get rid of that "mommy pooch" you get from having a baby? I've been doing crunches, and walking - and have had great success!! Does anybody have any tips for trying to stay active while working an office desk job? I love to work out in the early mornings, which gives me energy for the day, but my job requires me to sit behind a desk all day, and feel that this does not contribute towards my attempt to stay fit.
