Im too fat for the scale to have stopped moving!
The scale hasnt moved in about 2 weeks! Oh I take that back, it went up a pound, because I thought I should up my calories a bit. BIG MISTAKE. Why is this happening?
I weigh everyday, and everyday I've lost exactly 3lbs. What's going on? Isn't this kind of weight loss unheard of? If I keep going at this rate then I'll have lost 84lbs by the end of next month which I'm sure wouldn't be healthy. Is anyone else losing this fast? I'm not even exercising!!!

I used to go to the gym each morning at 7am. it is now 7.20 and i'm still contemplating whether I should go to the gym or not; i haven't been in a week but i just don't feel like getting up and running.
