Surgeon said 2 weeks until I can run. Does anyone have experience w/ this surgery? How long did you wait to run? On the weight…

splurge
So, I just finished my first day at my new job (first real job after graduating form veterinary school). And I'm 315 calories over my limit. I couldn't face going back home after such a day and eating boring stir fry veggies or a small bowl of home made chili. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and got a frozen…

Overtraining knowing when to slow down ( Guide)
When I started my intense cardio sesstions and lifting weights, I fell into the same trap that most people do; I over trained. I didn't overtrain on purpose. I just loved training and believed that more was better. If I lifted for longer or more frequently I believed, I would get bigger faster. Along with weight training I…

Okay, I really need some help....
So far I have lost 11 pounds (although I know the last week or so I've gained a few back), and I'm really proud of myself. But lately, I have found it really hard to stay motivated to eat right and exercise as often as I used to. If I have a cheat day, I will always say "oh tomorrow I'll start eating right again" and it…

Fell off the wagon
Ever since my vacation at the start of June I have fell off the weightloss wagon and have even gained a few pounds. I live in the heat of the desert in Arizona and even though I have a complete gym inside my house, like a treadmill, treadclimber, bowflex, punching bag and my WII sports, I can't get motivated because of the…

Anyone else?
Does anyone else sometimes just get tired of working out so hard, and watching what you eat? Some day's I just want to skip exercising or not have to worry how many calories are in the foods I eat. I just want to pop in my mouth whatever I want. I feel terrible though because I know I have all this weight to lose and it…

Threw my back out
I was doing so well this weekend, eating pretty good, biked 12 miles on Saturday....I had finally broke through my plateau and was eager to see another loss this week. But I threw out my back yesterday....it was one of the worst pains I have ever felt. I laid around and tried to see if it would get better but it didn't so…

3 lbs in a DAY! AHHHHH

I mean yesterday was my cheat day and I ate HORRIBLY (1/2 basket Chili's chips and salsa and the triple dipper for the day (leftovers for dinner)) so I wasn't expecting to weigh the same but also not…
