Does anyone else have this problem - or solutions to this problem? I will lose 1 lb in a week and then the next week gain 1 lb. My food and exercise seems to be about the same quantity week to week. I have not been feeling so hot since yesterday after noon. Anything that has gone in has come back out. I'm hoping that a couple of days of poor nutrition will not put my body into starvation mode. I'm drinking lots and trying to eat when I feel( but not so good with the eating part yet).

Since Monday the 26th I have stayed within my calories and way within the fat allowed and have stayed at 188 lbs. No budging. Now if I cheated and ate bad stuff, I could understand, but I haven't.
