High-fiber dinner?
What could I make for dinner tonight that has a lot of fiber in it? I'm cooking for one so either something single-serving or something that wouldn't make a TON of leftovers would be best. And the leftovers that I would have should be easy to reheat without getting funky. Thanks!!
