i am thinking about going and buying the dvd today cause i have heard really good things about it....i really want to get toned everywhere but my arms are my biggest concern... i want them toned but i need to loose inches first. will this dvd help with loosing fat around my arms or is it mainly for just toning???

Jogged 1km and only one. Just went half way. Am TOO sore from work out yesterday and I slid straight down the stairs this morning which really hurt my one ankle and thigh. I still jogged though and have a few good bruises now :grumble:

why is it not recommended to work out at night? It seems like that's the only time i have to get in a good work out some days... if i do work out at night, how long should i wait before going to bed?

how do you guys enter exercise calories? i put in half of what the machine tells me, usually for a half-hour workout, i'm burning 300 calories according to the machine so i enter 150. Level 2 again
I did level 2 again on the 30 day shred and WOW I couldn't believe it I burned 950 calories. That is motivation for sure. My personal goal is to workout every weekday until christmas.
