Oops!
I was under by over 200 calories yesterday! I didn't realize I was under by that much, and I didn't enter my food yesterday. But it might explain the migraine I had all day.

I just about fainted
I just about fainted when i typed in kalbi on the food log on this site and saw that it was 849 cals for 3 short ribs (korean kalbi) lol...then i got to thinking that cannot be right so i looked up the nutrional facts online 250cals.....*phew* lol i was going to say theyre delicious but 3 small short ribs is not worth 850…

I need help
understanding my polar HRM. After doing the ownzone before exercise, it will give me, for example, a range of 126-161 for my heart rate zone. Then after 25 minutes of exercise and reaching 200 calories burned, it will change the maximum heart rate zone to 143. Why does it do this? :huh:

Does anyone really lose amount MFP says you will?
I've been following my calories very strictly since beginning of May and I am supposed to be losing about 1.5 pounds a week. However, I'm only actually losing about 1.5 pounds every TWO weeks. Ugh okay so now i have humungous cravings for EVERYTHING i see! I just want to eat everything, and before, i didn't want to eat anything at all. 1200 calories a day and only 15 carbs
Does anyone eles have this problem ? In my goals it says im allowed 1200 calories a day but only 15 carbs. There is no way i can stick to this , it seems impossible.
