Maybe because I'm getting older or because a past couple injuries killed my progress- I seem to never get around to training or testing my 1 rep maxes. What's your routine, method, or frequency for this? How common is it for someone to really hurt themselves doing it? Thank you,

I'm going to take up acting and I need a body to match LOL
This year I have decided to do something I have always wanted to do, that is, take up acting. I think it would be very good for me. Being in my late 50s, I also should try to build up lean muscle mass using weights to go along with the acting classes. It just sounds like something that would do me good.

Leaning forward on abduction machine
Why do I see women doing this? I understand this machine works glutes and stabilisers when used in the usual manner but what are the supposed benefits of leaning forward or even standing?

How to swap remaining and over limit calorie colours?
Going to sound really weird but is there a way to swap the colours so that the remaining calorie number is red and going over the limit is green? I find it oddly discouraging having it be the other way around.

Issue With Negative Calories in MFP
Anyone notice how negative tracked calories don’t add up correctly in my fitness pal? It should be adding to your daily allowance not subtracting. Is there a setting I don’t know about that can correct this? Thanks.
