Figuring out calories needed for maintaining and MFP predictions
So I plugged in my food for today and completed my entry. MFP predicted a weight gain of .7 over the next five weeks. Should I lower my calorie intake or do you think that is considered ok/maintaining? Thanks!

If I increase my cals, will my body eventually get used to that amount maintain my weight?

IIFYM- Done bulking, now I want to maintain...
So I followed IIFYM to bulk and I did on 2,100 calories a day. I did gain on the fast side so it wasn't the cleanest, but I barely gained any fat. Now I just want to maintain. It took two years to lose 80 pounds, then I quit walking and logging food and gained 40 pounds in three MONTHS. Help !!! can anyone suggest a group on here or any suggestions please.
